ELIX was born during one of the busiest and most transformative seasons of my life—motherhood.

As a pharmacist, I have dedicated my career to helping others care for their health and well-being. Yet like many women, I found myself balancing a demanding profession, family responsibilities, and the everyday demands of life. In the process of caring for everyone around me, I often placed my own needs last.

It was during this season, while navigating postpartum depression and anxiety, that I came to understand the power of small acts of self-care. They weren’t about changing how I looked, but about helping me feel a little more like myself again. Those small moments reminded me to slow down, reconnect with who I was beyond motherhood, and gradually rebuild a sense of confidence during a time when so much felt unfamiliar.

That’s why I created ELIX.

Inspired by the word elixir—something that restores, renews, and elevates—ELIX was founded on the belief that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming to be meaningful. Sometimes, even the smallest rituals can create a moment to pause, reconnect, and do something simply for yourself.

ELIX was created to make those moments easier to fit into real life.
