At ELIX Nails, each order is carefully inspected and prepared before shipment. Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of press-on nails and nail application products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Selecting the incorrect size, shape, length, color, or design
• A change of mind or personal preference
• Improper application, removal, use, or storage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after the order has been delivered
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to adhesive products

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although rare, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ELIXnails.com within 7 days of delivery.  

Please include full name, order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and its original packaging.

Our team will carefully review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order. We strongly recommend measuring your natural nails and reviewing our size guide carefully.

Sizing differences between nail shapes or styles are not considered defects and are not eligible for a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any approved refund will apply only to the eligible item unless otherwise determined by ELIX Nails.

Sale, promotional, discounted, customized, and gift card purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
